Friday Fun Day - Stampin' Up! Style

I played with this Suite today creating a birthday card for On-Stage Virtual Swap I'm doing. Please let me know what you think of this card.

Here's what I used
Quite Curvy Stamp Set and Curvy Dies.
I added a little of the Forever Fern Designer Series Paper
Pretty Peacock Card Stock
Thick Whisper White Card Stock
Whisper White Card Stock
Old Olive Card Stock
Memento Tuxedo Black
Bermuda Bay Light and Dark Stampin' Blends
Stampin' Seal
Dimensionals.
Glue Dots

And here's how I did it

1. Thick Whisper White Card Stock 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"
2. Pretty Peacock Card Stock 3 7/8" x 5 1/8" adhere to the card base using Stampin' Seal
3. A piece of Forever Fern3 3/4" x 5" of your choice of the Forever Fern Designer Series Paper.
3. Cut a piece of Whisper White Card Stock 3 1/4" x 5". On this piece, position the die of your choice
to create the curve. Because this piece is 3 1/4" x 5" you will create the 1/2" separation portion that
will show the Designer Series Paper.
4. Stamp the message on the bottom portion with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Please note I stamped
the message her to the left a little bit. Mostly because I think I'm gonna add more leaves that
will drop down by the end of the message, if you're not going to do that, you can center the message,
5. On a scrap piece of Whisper White Card Stock, stamp the 3 birds and die cut them out.
6. Using Old Olive Card Stock, die cut 3 of the leaves in the Curvy Dies set.
7. Using dimensional, attach the 2 curvy pieces to the Designer Series Paper. Line this up to the top
and sides of the designer series paper.
8.  Add the birds and leaves to the card wherever you'd like.

This was a really simple card and so much can do done with it. Come November, give it a try.

And now guess what's up with Wiley the Wonder Dog M.D., Detective, Snake Hunter.

Yes, in spite of being sick (doctor's visit on Tuesday) he's on 2 meds and will get well soon.
He did stare down that snake and wasn't even afraid a little.  Although he didn't even see it and almost stepped on it, Ric pointed the snake out to him. But on we went and I'm sure that snake will not come
near Wiley the Wonder Dog M.D., Detective and Snake Hunter ever again.

Well, we have lots to do today and hope you have a wonderful Friday.

Blessings and Love to Everybody

Lynda and Wiley the Wonder Dog M.D., Detective, Snake Hunter.
