Tidings of Christmas Suite

It's almost Christmas and time to start making Christmas Cards, Don't you think? I had so much fun creating this card and it was so easy. I just started casing the sample in the Stampin' Up! 2021-2022 Annual Catalog and ended up with my beautiful card.

                                                                        Front of Card

Here's all you have to do.

     Instructions

2. Two pieces of Evening Evergreen Card Stock 3 7/8" x 5 1/8". Attach one to the card front and one to the inside right of the card base using Stampin' Seal.

3. Two pieces of Basic White Card Stock 3 3/4" x 5”. On one, stamp the message in the lower right side. This will be used for the card front.

4. Die cut a piece of paper from the Tidings of Christmas Designer Series Paper using the Scalloped Contour Dies and attach to the Basic White Card Stock using Stampin’ Seal.

5. Cut a piece of the Evening Evergreen Chevron Weave Ribbon 4” long and attach this to the lower portion of the Designer Series Paper. Use either Stampin’ Glue Dots or Stampin’ Seal.

6. Die cut the solid star from the Christmas Tiding Dies using Soft Succulent. Then die cut the detailed star using Metallic Gold Paper (this is currently not available. I hope it comes out soon in the Holiday Mini Catalog. (Keep Your Fingers Crossed). Attach the Gold Foiled Sheet star to the solid Soft Succulent star using multi-purpose glue. Then add this piece to the card on top of the ribbon using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

7. On a scrap piece of Basic White, stamp 2 of the leaves of our choice. The samples shown are the berries stamped with Cherry Cobbler Classic Ink and the leaves are stamped with Evening Evergreen and blended with Wink-of-Stella. Then die cut these using the appropriate die from the Christmas Tiding Dies. Die cut one of the leaves on a scrap piece of Evening Evergreen Card Stock. Add these to the right side of the star or whatever is pleasing to you.

8.   Die cut 3 of the small stars from the Christmas Tiding Dies in the Gold Foiled Sheet paper and add with Multi-Purpose Glue randomly add to the front of the card.
